So, recently I was listening to "You and the Stars Will Still Be Beautiful" and I realized it's got a great latin ballroom rhythm - Rhumba, I think, possibly even Tango. I'm uncertain.
"Yacht Dance" would probably make a good waltz.
And, of course, Ruben Blades' cover of "The Man Who Sailed Around His Soul" is a a Salsa.
What other tunes are out there that would be good for ballroom dancing?
